Job fair at Dharamshala offers 1,500 vacancies in pvt sector

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Labour and Employment Department is organising a two-day Job Fair at Dharamsala from April 22.

The industries from Baddi, Barotiwala, Nalagarh Industrial areas would participate in this Job Fair till-date around 1500 vacancies have been intimated by participating industries to this department, an official statement said today.

Of these, about 1000 vacancies are meant for male and female candidates who are below 8th, 10th and 10+2 pass interviews for which are scheduled for April 22, it added.

The balance 500 vacancies are meant for Technical/Semi Skilled/Skilled candidates requiring experiences, ITI Pass in the Trade of Machinist, Electrical, Die Maker and Turner etc. interviews for which are scheduled for April 23, 2011.

Eligible youth to come to this Job Fair along with all marksheets/certificates including Employment Exchange Registration Card, Experience Certificate, if any, Himachali Bonafide Certificate in original and photocopies as also three passport size photographs.

The job fair would be  organised at the Indoor Stadium near Cricket Stadium in Dharamshala from 9.00 am till 4.00 pm on both days, it said.
